- For the delivery and installation of the kitchen , wardrobes and all products supplied by TILI the client has to contact.
- Quoted rates are valid for 15days.
CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER:
- Confirmation of the order will be done when all the details have been agreed with the company and the first payment has been made.
- No addition or alteration to the order will be entertained once agreed in writing or email by the Company.
- Plumbing, tiling, electrical, and building civil work will not be included in the contract unless separately agreed on costs.
- No cancellation of the order shall be entertained upon receipt of advance payment.
- Advance received by TILI towards confirmation of the order will not be refundable.
- Upon confirmation, as a process a physical measurment is taken once again to acertain feasability .Any changes arising from this inspection could result invariation of the agreed price.
PAYMENT MODE AND TERMS:

- 60% ON CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER
- 40% (PAYMENT TO BE MADE 10 DAYS BEFORE THE AGREED DATE OF DELIVERY )
- Incase of the customer site not ready for installation by the agreed date, full payment should be made by the customer before the agreed date of delivery.
- In case of delay in payments an interest at the rate of 18% PA will be charged on the outstanding amount.
- Delivery outside Bangalore- Transportation charges, Insurance of materials, travel, boarding and lodging of the installation team will be at actual and should be borne by the client.
- Our storage facility is provided free of charge for 20 days after which it will be charged at the rate of 1% pm of the invoice value. Adequate measures for the safety of the delivered materials need to be taken, in the event of any theft or damages; TILI will not be responsible for the same.
- Any damages caused on site due to water seepage, fire or by any other external agencies are not covered under the company warranty and the same shall be chargeable to the customer.
- Project contracted will be delivered within 45 days; any delay in excess of 15 days from the delivery date will attract a penalty of 1% of the invoice value per month which will be compensated by TILI.
- We procure materials from various sources global and domestic,delays could result from non availability of certain materials ,this will be communicated to you within reasonable time.
- It is customer’s responsibility to ensure the site is ready for installation.
- Electricity should be supplied at the site for installation.
- Prior permission to be in place for our installation team for their visit from respective building authorities or residential associations ,if any.
- TILI insists the site be clean and no other agencies or labour be present during the course of installation
